Kate has been Tweeting stupid jokes about her stupid life for literally a decade and never received more than five likes but the ONE time she subtweets about her roommate, Bree, it goes viral and shakes up their perfect NYC living arrangement. Suddenly, Kate and her two remaining roommates are forced to reflect on their relationships to each other and the digital world all while finding someone to help pay their rent. @ Me Next Time is a dramedy about friendship, mental health, and social media in the 2020s.
Directed by Mario del Cubo
A comedic short film about the scandal surrounding John Singer Sargent’s painting Madame X.
Written and starring Roxy Arecco and Mario del Cubo
Before the concept of drag was politicized and before women were allowed to participate in theater, Shakespeare’s plays were performed with an all-male cast. We plan on doing an all-male identifying production of a Shakespeare play (TBD) to both honor Shakespeare’s original vision and explore the ideas of gender and gender performance.
Directed by Roxy Arecco
To round out the season, we’d love to collaborate with local writers and comedians to write and film several sketches that will be screened publicly as part of a variety show alongside other comedic and musical acts.
Here’s the dish!
